Today was hot. Painfully hot. Miserably Hot. Hot hot hot. The thermometer on the back porch, as you can see, read 108 degrees. And it's a covered porch. I was only outside for 5 minutes this afternoon and I have never felt anything like that heat in my entire life. Killer.
We walked this evening once the sun set and it was till 94 degrees. Normally, our endless breezes have a refreshing coolness, but not tonight. I was soaking wet with sweat. Maybe that means I burn more fat! If so, bring on the heat!!
